Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Bilexor ("Bilexor", "we", "us"), including our web dashboard and iOS/Android mobile apps (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms also serve as the end-user license agreement (EULA) for the Bilexor mobile applications.

Bilexor provides invoice and trade document management tools for importers and exporters. We may update, change, or discontinue features from time to time. We do not provide legal, tax, or compliance advice — documents you create are your responsibility.

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old and using the Service for business purposes.

Paid plans unlock cloud sync, team seats, and related features described in the app and on our website. Pricing and plan limits are shown before purchase.

• App Store / Google Play. Purchases made in the mobile app are billed by Apple or Google under their terms. Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Free trials. Some plans include a free trial (for example, 7 days for monthly plans and 14 days for yearly plans, as shown in the app). After the trial, the subscription continues at the then-current price unless you cancel before the trial ends.
• Manage or cancel. On iOS, manage or cancel in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions (or via the App Store account subscriptions page). On Android, manage subscriptions in Google Play. Web / Razorpay subscriptions are managed from your Bilexor billing settings or by contacting support.

Refunds for store purchases are handled by Apple or Google under their refund policies. We do not store your full payment card details.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes. You may not reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the Service, or attempt to access it in an unauthorized way.

You retain ownership of the business and trade data you enter. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that data solely to operate the Service for you. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your content.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or other users.
• Attempt to bypass billing, seat limits, or security controls.
• Upload malware or content you do not have rights to use.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bilexor and Fall Rise Infotech are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service.

You may stop using the Service at any time. You may request account deletion as described on our Delete Your Account page. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
