Every shipment meant rebuilding the same five documents by hand — copy-pasting from the proforma into the commercial invoice, retyping goods into the packing list, then doing it again for bank presentation. One wrong figure could hold up a payment for weeks. We couldn't find a tool that solved just this problem, so we started building one.
