Every shipment meant rebuilding the same five documents by hand — copy-pasting from the proforma into the commercial invoice, retyping goods into the packing list, then doing it again for bank presentation. One wrong figure could hold up a payment for weeks. We couldn't find a tool that solved just this problem, so we started building one.
We're building this in the open and starting with a small number of beta users to get it right before opening it up further.
Frequently asked questions
What problem does Bilexor solve for exporters?
Export documents that don't agree with each other. A proforma, commercial invoice and packing list for the same shipment are usually typed separately, and a quantity or description that drifts between them is what banks and customs flag. Bilexor builds them from one shipment record and warns you when they differ.
Can I keep my existing invoice numbering?
Yes. Each document type has its own prefix and number padding — for example PI-2026-0041 — and Bilexor shows the next number before you create the document.
Can my CHA or accountant get limited access?
On Team and Enterprise plans you can invite people with roles, including custom roles that set what each person can view or edit, and every change is kept in an activity trail.
Do I need to be online to use Bilexor?
The free mobile plan stores your data on your device. Paid plans add cloud sync, and Team and Enterprise add the web dashboard for shared access.
