Privacy Policy

Bilexor ("Bilexor", "we", "us") provides invoice and trade document management for importers and exporters through our web dashboard and iOS/Android mobile app (together, the "Service"). This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information as described here.

Account information. When you sign up or sign in, we collect your name, email address, and, if you use Google or Apple sign-in, the profile information those providers share with us (such as your name and email). We use one-time passcodes sent to your email to verify sign-in.

Business and trade data. Information you enter to use the Service, including business profile details, contacts, shipments, invoices, packing lists, purchase/sales orders, ledger entries, and any files or documents you create or upload.

Subscription and billing. If you subscribe to a paid plan, our payment providers (Razorpay, and the Apple App Store or Google Play billing systems) process your payment details. We receive subscription status and transaction identifiers from them — we do not store your full card or payment credentials.

Device and usage data. Basic device information and a push notification token (via Firebase Cloud Messaging) so we can deliver in-app notifications, plus standard technical logs (IP address, device/browser type, timestamps) generated when you use the Service.

Analytics and diagnostics. We use Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics to understand how the app is used (such as screens viewed and features used) and to detect, diagnose, and fix crashes. This includes app interaction events, crash reports, and related device/app diagnostic information (such as device model, OS version, and app version).

• To provide, maintain, and secure the Service, including generating your documents.
• To authenticate you and keep your account secure.
• To process subscriptions, payments, and renewals.
• To send transactional emails and push notifications (such as OTPs, receipts, and account or shipment alerts).
• To respond to support requests and communicate with you about the Service.
• To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and technical issues.
• To understand how the Service is used and improve it, and to diagnose and fix crashes (analytics and diagnostics).

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the service providers that help us run Bilexor, under their own privacy and security terms:

• Google and Apple — for sign-in authentication.
• Razorpay, the Apple App Store, and Google Play — for processing subscription payments.
• Firebase (Google) — for push notifications, analytics, and crash reporting.
• Resend — for sending transactional email (such as OTP codes and receipts).

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Bilexor, our users, or others.

We retain your account and business data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data as described in our Delete Your Account page, except where we are required to retain certain records (for example, billing records) to meet legal or tax obligations.

We use industry-standard safeguards — including encryption in transit (TLS) and access controls — to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You can access, update, or correct most of your business and account data directly in the app or dashboard. You may request a copy of your data, or ask us to delete your account and associated data, at any time — see Delete Your Account or email us at contact@bilexor.com.

The Service is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app or by email.
